Hi. apa khabar?

Welcome to my blog. I hope you'll find something that you can relate to. Who knows, there could be other souls out there who think a little too much and feel a little too deeply, just like me.

A cup of coffee a day

A cup of coffee a day

Life is too short for bad coffee

I find myself really looking forward to that cup of coffee in between work these days. The only catch is, I've my coffee decaffeinated. Some people tell me there's really no point but I love the taste of coffee. I feel that even when I'm having decaf, the taste of coffee tricks my brain into thinking I'm drinking the real deal, immediately making me more alert.

A common misconception is that decaf has 0 caffeine in it—NOT TRUE. There's still little traces of caffeine left in the coffee but it's in such small amounts, it has little to no effect on your body. I only consume caffeine when I'm feeling like a zombie and it's vital I stay awake. Otherwise, I'll make do with a decaf iced coffee or a chai latte.

I think there should always be something we look forward to in between work. It gives you that energiser to finish your task. That reminds me... Ramadan is around the corner. I'm not too sure how I'll manage without my iced coffee. But oh well, it's all for a good cause.
